Privacy Policy
How we handle information from your visit and booking.

1. Information we collect
When you request service, we collect the name and phone number you enter, your service address and city, vehicle type and chosen coating (or headlight condition on older bookings), appointment date and time, quoted price and booking reference. The website and hosting services also process technical information, such as IP addresses, requests and browser information, to deliver the site and prevent misuse. The booking form does not request payment-card details.
2. How we use your information
We use booking details to check service availability, validate the address, calculate travel and pricing, save and manage appointments, contact you about your visit and handle service questions. We may call or text about your appointment. Booking does not enroll you in marketing texts. Your booking details are not displayed publicly, and the booking-management tools require owner access.
3. Service providers & information sharing
Geoapify receives address searches and location coordinates to suggest and validate addresses and calculate driving routes. Resend processes booking details to deliver notification emails to our business inbox. Sites hosting and Cloudflare provide the website infrastructure, storage and security. These providers process information needed for those services. Google and, when enabled with your permission, Meta process advertising information as explained below. External links, including Instagram, lead to services with their own privacy policies.
4. Browser storage & remembered appointments
The browser remembers your language, a random device identifier, booking confirmations and advertising choices. In-progress booking details may also be stored for the current browser session. The device identifier helps retrieve this device’s saved appointments; a phone number alone does not provide access to private booking details. Clearing site data removes the information remembered on that device, but does not cancel or delete a booking saved on our server.
5. Google Ads measurement
The site loads a Google Ads tag across its pages to measure visits and completed bookings. Our booking-conversion event uses a random booking identifier; we do not include your name, phone number or service address in that event. Google may also receive page URLs, IP addresses and information from cookies or similar technologies. Google’s linked explanation describes its processing and advertising controls. The Meta choice described below does not control the Google Ads tag.
6. Optional Meta measurement
When Meta measurement is configured, the booking and gallery pages let you allow or decline it. The site loads Meta Pixel after you allow it. Its page-view and lead events may include a random event identifier, quoted total and currency; we do not add your name, phone number or service address to those events. Meta’s technology may process additional browser and device information. Use “Ad privacy settings” on the booking or gallery page to change your choice. You can book whether you allow or decline Meta measurement.
7. Retention & access protection
We keep booking records to administer appointments and respond to related questions. Saved appointments do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period. Temporary address-lookup and quote records expire separately. Access to booking management is restricted to the owner. Email, hosting and other service providers may retain their own copies or technical logs under their policies. Contact us to ask about your information or request its removal.
8. Your choices & privacy requests
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, and use the advertising controls described above. The site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your booking information, call or text 559-412-0764. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing private information. Requests are reviewed under applicable law; clearing browser data alone does not remove server records.
